You will almost certainly need a base for the day of the collection.
This should be within walking distance of all your planned collection points and ideally should be manned by a central organiser (probably you!).
Your base can be a trestle table in the foyer of a supermarket or local hotel, or an unoccupied office in a friendly town centre business. It could even be the boot of someone’s car in the main car park. Your collectors can pick up their boxes and bring them back at the end of a shift.
