We were lucky enough to be able to meet the Prime Minister, David Cameron at No. 10 and for girls from Francis Holland School to sell him 'the rose' on the famous steps.

Whilst we were at Downing Street, we were also able to meet the Chancellor George Osborne and we were then given a guided tour of Downing Street which was fascinating.

We then moved on to Mansion House where boys from Harrow School and girls from Queen Anne's sold a rose to Mr Sheriff Peter Cook and his wife. Again, there we were given a guided tour - the gold and silver vaults were incredible, although the thought of having to clean all the objects is a terrifying one ! They even have a gold cup rescued from the Great Fire of London in 1666.
