The John Humphrys Dinner
Journalist and broadcaster John Humphrys entertained nearly 100 people on 13 November with fascinating insights into his life as a political interviewer.
More than £8,000 was raised for Alexandra Rose Charities and The Kitchen Table Charities Trust - John Humphrys' own charity. Commenting on their work he said "Our two charities are mirror images of each other. We both raise much needed funds for small charities - The Kitchen Table Charities Trust for people in need, principally in Africa, and Alexandra Rose Charities for people in need in England and Wales. Money raised today will really help both of them with their important work."
