What is this about?
- Each autumn Alexandra Rose Charities organises a charity fundraising raffle
- The first three prizes are £2,000, £1,000 and £500, with a number of runners up prizes
How does your organisation benefit?
- Your charity or voluntary organisation takes as many books of raffle tickets as you hope to sell
- Your charity's members and supporters sell the raffle tickets and your organisation banks the proceeds
- Your organisation sends the raffle ticket counterfoils and just 20% of the proceeds to Alexandra Rose Charities
- The remaining 80% is profit for your organisation
What else do we need to know?
There are no minimum charges and no hidden costs. The only money due to Alexandra Rose Charities is 20% of the value of the raffle tickets sold, after they have been sold
Why does Alexandra Rose Charities do this?
Since its foundation in 1912 Alexandra Rose’s main purpose has been to help smaller local charities and voluntary groups raise money to keep on making a difference.
What do we do next?
