As Alexandra Rose Charities reaches its 100^th year its work is as important as ever.  Small local charities and voluntary groups do great work in every community but they are finding it increasingly hard to make ends meet and even survive. Over 50% of the current activities of charities are funded by government and will be affected by the government cuts.  80% of donations already go to the largest charities and on-line giving causes an even greater divide, as many smaller charities cannot compete.

Our mission is to be recognised as a leading charity, providing dynamic, professional, practical and tailored solutions to enable charities and community groups to achieve their own success/goals.

We are constantly updating what we offer our charities to make them more effective in promoting themselves, easier to organise their fundraising and updating our ‘look’ and materials so that it will engage younger members of society as well as embracing new social media advances.

It’s our intention to offer smaller charities even more – and we have joined forces with a number of organisations that can also offer small charities help in raising funds, recruiting volunteers and improving their skills – just see our Partnership Page.
